True Collagen is made from EU-sourced bovine collagen that has been hydrolysed into smaller peptides. This makes the powder easy to dissolve and convenient to incorporate into food and drinks.
Type I collagen is the most abundant form of collagen in the human body and is naturally present in the skin, bones, tendons and connective tissue.
How to use
Add approximately two-thirds to one ritual scoop, or one to two heaped teaspoons, to a drink or food of your choice.
One full ritual scoop provides approximately 8g of True Collagen.
For the smoothest result:
+ Add the liquid first, followed by the collagen
+ Warm liquids help the powder dissolve more easily
+ Pour the collagen gently from a little height to help it disperse
+ Allow it to sink and dissolve for around 30 seconds before stirring
