A rich, chocolatey base that gives the blend its deep flavour. Cacao naturally contains a range of plant compounds and minerals and creates a comforting alternative to a conventional hot chocolate.
Hydrolysed Type I collagen peptides
EU-sourced bovine collagen peptides selected for their ease of use and ability to blend smoothly into hot drinks. Each serving provides 2g of True Collagen peptides.
Organic ashwagandha
An adaptogenic botanical traditionally used in Ayurvedic wellness practices and included as part of this considered daily blend.
Organic baobab
A nutrient-dense fruit powder that contributes fibre and a subtle natural sharpness to the blend.

How to use
Add 10g of powder, approximately one scoop or two heaped teaspoons, to a cup.
Mix with a splash of hot water to form a smooth paste. Top with 150–200ml of warmed milk or plant milk and stir well.
For a richer, creamier drink, blend with a teaspoon of Ancient + Brave True MCT.
Cacao + Collagen can also be added to smoothies, yoghurt or other drinks as part of your daily ritual.
